Become A CSA Member

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a relationship between our farm and you as our customer. Rather than simply purchasing food, our customers become “members” of this CSA, who receive a portion of the farm’s harvest.

Our 20 week CSA goes from July 12th through November 15th, 2024.

Pick up is at our farm in the beautiful Arcata Bottoms,

819 Mad River Rd Arcata, CA

Every Friday from 2- 6:30pm.

Membership Options:

Standard Share

($25 Box) - $500

20 weekly boxes

The Standard share is recommended for a household cooking most meals from scratch (2-4 people). Box offerings change weekly based on availability and each crop’s growing season. Every weekly box is an alternating combination of listed produce valued at $25-$30 market value.

Bonus Share

($35 Box) $750

20 weekly boxes

The Bonus share is recommended for a veggie loving household that needs a little extra (2-6 people). Many members say it is the perfect amount to split with a friend. We double you up on 2-4 core items such as: Bagged Greens, Kale, Snap Peas, Carrots, Onions etc..

*Box is an alternating combination of listed produce valued at $35-$40 market value.

● Salad Greens: 8oz Bagged Lettuce Mix/ Specialty Head Lettuce

● Bunched Greens: Kales/ Chard/ Collards

● Bunched Herbs: Cilantro/ Basil/ Parsley/ Fennel/ Celery

● Roots: Carrots/ Radishes/ Beets

● Cabbages: Red/ Green/Napa

● Onions: Scallions/ Red/ Yellow/ Shallots

● Squash: Zucchini/Summer Squash/ Winter Squash

● Brassicas: Broccoli/ Cauliflower/ Romanesco/ Brussel Sprouts

● Other Crops: Artichokes, Tomatoes, Peppers, Cucumbers, Sweet Peppers, Snap peas, Pumpkins

Neukom Family Farm peaches and pluots will be included in 2 boxes this season
Wild Rose potatoes
Each member will receive a Jack O'Lantern pumpkin in October

**Add ons such as eggs, grass-fed ground beef, and flower bouquets will be available for purchase in the pick up room.

The Farm

Members are responsible for showing up at Green Spiral Farm- 819 Mad River Rd Arcata, CA every Friday from 2pm-6:30pm to pick up your share of freshly harvested produce. Variety and quantity may vary throughout the season, but will always be valued at the box size purchased [$25 or $35 per week].
